"My whole world crumbled when my bathroom leaked water down my walls and out of my ceiling. I didn't know what to do. I'm a new home owner and have never processed a claim through my insurance. Wes showed up to my house in all the mess. He was there within an hour of the issue happening. Not only did he and his company take care of the damage, they took care of everything with the insurance company. I was out of my home for over three weeks. My animals were displaced and I had to leave my kitties locked in the basement. They went so far above and beyond, they even fed and watered my cats! It was a stressful situation, but they took so much pressure off of me by handling everything! When I was finally able to go back home, not only was the water damage gone, my house was sparkling clean from top to bottom on both floors of my house. My house hasn't been this clean ever! AJ & Neal were awesome.   They were professional, considerate of the surroundings, and always willing to stop and pause their work if I had any questions.   We really haven't had any significant rainfall, but after watching them perform the install of the downspout tie-ins and perforated pipe...I have no doubt my issues of water seepage should be gone.

I definitely recommend AJ to anyone, and will be sure to use them again in the future.

"My experience with ServPro was terrific.  They were quick to get a crew out to my home on the same day the plumbing leak was repaired.  The crew pulled back the wet carpet, opened up the wall, and evaluated the situation before removing only the material that had to be taken.  They sprayed the affected area with cleaner, scrubbed everything that remained to get rid of the mold, and left blowers behind to help dry everything out.  When the main dehumidifier began leaking after one day, they promptly came out and swapped in a different one to finish the job.  Aside from a little confusion about their bill - my insurance company insisted on a direct bill while ServPro typically bills the homeowner - I was very pleased with how the entire process went.

"Dennis and Brian from BioClean couldn't have been any more professional, or honest! They were able to schedule a same-day appointment, and were exactly on time. Within minutes of entering the home, they measured for airborne particulates, and indicated that the levels were not very high at all. They proceeded throughout the home, entered the attic and inspected the air handler, and concluded that everything looked fine - even in the areas we would never have thought to check. What they did discover was that there is some moisture in the basement that may be coming from a leaky toilet. We never had any idea! With the free inspection coupon (found here on Angie's list), they did not make any money at all - but less honest people could have told us anything and we probably would have believed it, and paid through the nose. Took around 2 hours to service my entire house - this was especially impressive because other companies I was considering said they needed to leave “air scrubbers inside my house for up to 3 days”. I highly recommend their service and would absolutely work with them again."

"Initial service call was to clean out air ducts.  Inspection found mold in ducts and air handler.  Revised job was $700 to clean, disinfect, and apply anti-mold solution to AC system, and to provide and install a UV light to help prevent mold issues from returning.
The cleaning went reasonably quickly, but they didn't have a UV lamp with them, so a return visit was scheduled.
The UV lamp was installed on the return visit, but due to a lack of electrical outlets in my attic, it is not currently active.  This is not the contractor's fault, but it would have been nice to know before purchasing the product.

Rob at Landmark called me very quickly after I put the request in thru service magic. He came out to inspect the job the same day and gave a price quote. Was back the next day to do the job and did a great job in clearing all the snow and ice. I would definitely use Rob again on other jobs as well as recommend him to friends."
