"This was a large job which required removal of the old roof - multiple layers of asphalt shingle and cedar shake down to rafters. The house is a large old Victorian with multiple angles and outcroppings, and very steep. There was also a one car garage. As promised, Royal arrived on day 1 - a Monday in 12 degree weather - with 3 dump trucks, several other trucks with men and equipment and over 30 workers. They swarmed over the house and by 10 AM the roof was stripped to the rafters and by the end of the day new plywood, underlayment and shingles had been installed on more than 3/4 of the roof. All work was completed in 4 days. Every night the property was thoroughly cleaned up. Progress was provided during the entire job by sending photos taken with a drone - terrific! Overall we were impressed and pleased with the work and the fact that it truly took 4 days. We had seen other jobs in the neighborhood take 3 weeks or more to complete. You pay for this kind of service - it is not cheap - but it is totally worth it. In addition, all of the workers and the project managers are very professional and attentive to your needs. I'll never have to use them again for this job, but I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you need a roof, gutters etc."

Their crews, for each of the stages of the project, were timely, meticulous, obliging, careful, and clean. They handled every aspect of their job as if our house were their house. At the end of every day before they went home clean up from the day’s work was always done. Any request above and beyond the original scope was always addressed and handled. Mike, one of the owners, from the very first meeting to the last was always very helpful and knowledgeable. He came up with ideas in design that we never even thought of. He was always available for issues that may have arisen during the project. Phone calls, texts, or emails were always responded to immediately. In addition to what Brothers provided they also had very good references in terms of other things we wanted done like garage doors. Cost wise they were also very competitive. Actually if you look at the quality of the work as compared to the cost they were a bargain. All in all we would highly recommend Brothers Aluminum. Their work is exceptional and the Customer Service provided by all, particularly Mike, is beyond expectations. Thanks to everybody at Brothers for making our house look brand new."

"There was a company through Angie’s List that I got a package deal, they would do some patch work on roof. Very good experience. I had a problem in one spot and they patched it up for me. I’ve not had a problem with that at all, that section of the roof. Price was good, the package deal was to cover a 10x10 spot and that was basically what I needed, it worked out well. Very good quality. The only problem I had with them was the fellow I did deal with, his office had to get back to me. I always needed to call him, it happened 2 or 3 times and then he would make the call and they would respond. Other than that they were spot on, very good."
