"Response to our somewhat emergency call was excellent. Jon was on the site within 40 mins of our call and within a few minutes had diagnosed the problem and a resolution. Within one hour of the go ahead with the repair, a crew was on site. The work looks good, resolved the issue and was completed in a timely manner.
