"Called them on a Sunday when I noticed a backup at an outside drain; Pasquale & crew showed up the next morning. Given the kind of work they do, and the fact that the floors had just been washed, I asked them to take off their shoes in the house and they did! <3 It took maybe half an hour to clean out the sewer drain. While this was happening a tenant mentioned that he had a leak under his kitchen sink, and the crew was flexible enough to handle it on the spot, in the same visit. Thanks, guys! "They were very professional he confirmed our appointment and our agreement. He kept me posted on arrival times traffic was horrid coming from Brooklyn to queens. I personally brought our delivered hot water tank down to the basement since home depot just left it by the door Niko called me to the basement to show me a dent after they took it out of the box but he assured me it did not effect the tank I told him it was probably getting it to the basement but I appreciate his thoroughness They drained the old installed the new wrapped up the packaging for recycling made sure I knew the settings and how to change and took the old one with them. Their work space was tight and they did not complain they were done in an hour and a half. I was so pleased I gave them a gratuity over and beyond the fee. Totally recommend them"

"I have used him on two separate jobs....Anthony returned my calls promptly and came within an hour for an estimate. He explained what was going to be done and provided a quote. The water dispenser & ice maker installation required drilling & running a hose to the sink. He drummelled the ceramic floor and then ran the tubing. Anthony also placed a decorative piece of molding to hide & secure the tubing. The work was precise, neat & beyond professional. And the definition of a good plumbing company in my mind is someone that thoroughly inspects the situation, takes there time with the estimate, thoroughly explains the damage with what is needed for repair or replace, and gives a honest estimate for the work. Then lastly follows through with good work. Egli plumbing is 5 stars across the board. They took the time to not only evaluate the issue but stayed until the job was done right. We took on major damage to our main sewer line in the basement. They did a full replacement, installed new traps, and put in check valves to prevent further flooding issues. Our situation was dyer and they never once tried to take advantage of our situation with price gouging or doing un necessary work. We will be using Egli plumbing for all future projects, as well as calling on them annually for maintenance checks."
