"Our water heater finally gave out on us last night. I contacted hone advisors and was paired with Niko. He promptly called me immediately. I sent over pictures of my water heater. He quoted me a price for the new water heater including labor. He advised that he would remove the old water heater. We set up an appointment for the next morning (this morning). He called me Ianâ s gave me an arrival time. He was spot in. Niko and Dori were very professional. They started working immediately. Once they were done he advised how long it would take for the water to heat back up. I paid the price he quoted me. A few hours later he called to make sure we had hot water. Details: When in the first hour or two Egli Plumbing saw a problem with the new replacement heater they'd brought with (apparently this is very rare), they spent the time to get another new replacement heater the same day (Sunday), then got it installed and tested, also the same day. Long day for them; I am happy hot water is working again so quickly. Recommended!"

It was HSM piping and heating who called within 15 minutes. A gentleman by the name of Ackeno was asking me many questions, but all along he could hear the concern in my voice of how worried I was. At 8:00 PM. He drove the 45 minutes to my house looked at my situation and assured me all would be well until a new water heater tank was installed. Ackeno was very professional, polite, and most of all honest when it came to what the cost would be, and what he needed to do. Within 24 hours my new tank was installed. The old one was very corroded and had served me well for the 12 years that I had it. No one wants to have to replace a hot water tank but if you do Ackeno and his team will make it the most worry, free, and pleasant experience possible. "I hired the SP and bought a heater/air conditioner and I paid him $500 deposit. He wired the garage after I paid him $650. He has not delivered the heater/ac unit. He did not wire the 240 volt line into garage. The track lighting and one outlet do not work. He stated he would come back on 2 different times and never did. He will not return calls or texts. He never put the cover on the outside outlet either."
