"Ishmael and his team are excellent. My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say. From the start, Ishmael was clear and communicative, and made great suggestions for how we could achieve the best possible outcome. He came out to give us a quote on a Saturday and by that evening, we had the quote in hand. The job started on Tuesday. He stuck to his word across everything, and we are in love with our new (and newly refinished) floors. He was creative in his approach to some challenging situations with the floors, and went out of his way to add extra little finishes to ensure we loved the final result. The crew broke an outlet during the process (totally understandable, given the huge planks of wood coming up) and Ishmael even came to the house last night at 9pm to replace it. He's true to his word, he's reasonably priced given the excellent service, and it was a true pleasure working with him. And most importantly: we LOVE our floors! Thanks, Ishmael."

"I have used EURO FLOORS twice . In 2018 they refinished an older existing wood floor and repaired / replaced a section of the floor destroyed by a burst pipe . The floor looks amazing – better than when new without any visible difference between the original and replaced section of flooring . Marcin and his team just finished rebuild / restore of my stairs . SAME results – LOVE IT . Marcin is a true craftsman and a perfectionist almost to a fault . Both jobs were completed on time and at the price quoted . he is a true professional who takes such pride in his workmanship you can be at ease that your project will be completed on time / within cost / and as promised – LOOK NOWHERE ELSE !"

"They did a fantastic job on my parquet floors including patching and repairing. I can’t believe how good they look. They were very professional and good communicators. I would highly recommend them."

"Workers were on time, did an excellent flooring installation. I can’t wait to use them for the next project."

"My experience with Francis floor caring was phenomenal, first they were on time, very professional, trustworthy and reliable guys. Last, the refinishing project of my floors was well satisfied therefore I will highly recommend Franicis floor caring."

"I got six estimates and John of Woodcrest Floors was the last contractor I contacted and I'm so glad I did. John was prompt for our estimate meeting and I found him to be fair with his price and very personable. We set a date for the start of the project and John and his team were right on time. All open areas were dust could go were covered, as well as floors that were not being worked on. Three bedrooms, including the closets were being refinished, as well as the living room.  In addition wood transition molding was installed in the living room. Orginally, John indicated that the project would take about four days. He and his team were finished in two days to our complete satisfaction. A day or two after completion of the work I did notice an area in a closet that had been missed. I contacted John, we set a date and he returned and took care of the area. I plan to contact John in the very near future for another project & would recommend his services to family and friends. Thanks John. The floors look great.
