"Arnoldo did a quality job to repair the cause of the leak on our roof. His estimate was in line with the other contractors who also gave me estimates, but it was his willingness to make additional repairs noticed by others as well as his friendly demeanor that won him the job. He cleaned up after himself too. I highly recommend Arnoldo and Ramirez Roofing if you should ever need repairs to you roof or roof tiles."

"The project went even better than I thought it would. We had a hard time finding someone who would work on fixes to existing roof. Most wanted to do full replace. Northern California roofing came very quickly to do estimate and was able to start work on roof within a week. Great turn around. The work was very well done and makes us feel like we have a new roof. Can’t wait for next rain!"

"Scott Allen and his brother did an outstanding job in repairing the dry rot in the eaves of our roof caused by another company’s faulty installation of leaf gutter guards. Scott came to our house and thoroughly examined our roof and then explained in perfect detail the cause of the dry rot and the necessary repairs. Scott then provided us with a comprehensive estimate that included everything that we had discussed, again in perfect detail. Scott and his brother then perform the repairs exactly as promised. We are extremely satisfied with the high-level of craftsmanship, honesty and reasonable price. We highly recommend Allen’s Allweather Roofing to anyone in need of a true professional roofing company. "The owner came, climb up the roof, took lots of photos and discussed the damage and repairs with me - gave me the estimate - right in time of my convenience- sent his crew and professionally repair all affected roof area - I am so happy and satisfied his work - would not hesitate a bit to recommend this company for any roofing work required"

"I contacted Brazil for estimate on a roof replacement from shake to tile. I provided enough specifics (included structural report) regarding what I wanted that they were able to come to the site, measure and then provide back an estimate with enough detail that I was able to compare the bid to competing offers. The bid was detailed and the price quote fair for the type and size of job. They were willing to sit down to go over the details, but since I was already very familiar with what the job would entail, this was not required. I went with another vendor who was able to provide a custom roof tile at a slightly lower overall bid, but again given the size of the job, differences in materials or type of instal methods used etc. most bids can't be compared as apples to apples. That said, all in all they were professional and courteous and the bid was fair. Size of job 50K+
