"It isn't done yet, but the construction manager is not being cooperative about some details that are very important to us. His comments on the material and timing for staining the deck are not consistent with information from lumber experts I know."

"I wish there were more choices on shingle colors. This firm is excellent about arriving in a timely way as promised and getting the job done in one day."

"Gerald came to the house on time, inspected the roof and gave us a quote for repairing the roof. He was very professional, NOT pushy at all and we feel the quote was very reasonable. He is doing the repair and we will have them do the new roof in the future."

"One could not ask for a more professional office staff, Joyce, owner, Bill, and work crew headed by Kevin. I have used this company for several years now and am very pleased with the exceptional quality of work and both the company's and workers work ethic. They exceeded my high standards. Their prices are always competitive and exceptionally fair. Also, if you happen to catch one of their specials, you will get the best deal going bar none. They arrive on time and if, by chance, they are a bit behind you get a call ahead of time informing you. Their clean up is great and you will never get better quality of work. Kevin always lets me know when he is finished and asks if I want to check out their work or if there is something else that needs to be done. In my opinion, they are the best. A big thank you as always to Bill, Joyce, Kevin and the rest of the crew"

From the initial consultation to project completion, Steve demonstrated unwavering dedication and expertise. His professionalism and knowledge of the roofing industry are truly commendable. His persistence and communication skills were instrumental in resolving any issues that arose, making the entire process surprisingly stress-free. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and the crew's cleanliness and efficiency were impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend SRT Roofs and Steve to anyone seeking top-notch roofing services. Thank you, Steve and SRT Roofs, for an exceptional experience!"

"Very honest and helpful salesperson, professional installation crew. Good quality products."

"This is an amendment to my first review to reflect the most accurate price paid for everything included. The work was performed very timely and professionally. A1 roofing is exactly that A1! I was very impressed with every aspect from start to finish!! Thank you so much"

"They were great, the man did the job, got out. In the winter, when lot of snow was still in the ground of water against the basement and we have a poured foundation, it had leak, they had stopped the leak we had. They did what they pledged to do. They were here on-time, they got done quickly and then they went and the overall seam link that was leaking was about 7 feet from upper part down to the ground, and we are very happy. They did the work they promised to do on time and on budget."
