When the crew showed up to replace the roof, they were on time and worked so hard. Finished in the same day, including cleanup. Gutters were installed the next afternoon. It’s now two months later and all my neighbors are either still waiting for materials or have many issues with their installs. So glad I went with JR Roofing and avoided all those headaches. "The good: Lakewood Exteriors did a great job with our roof replacement. The project was completed with decent quality, on time, and at a reasonable rate. The bad: Communication was difficult. We received half answers to questions we asked on multiple occasions. He committed to signing a Roof Cert Form for insurance, but a month and a half after the project was completed, we are still waiting on this form. At end of the day, while I was happy with the work and the price, I wish I spent a little more to work with a more professional operation. "
