"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

Integrity: Willie was a lifesaver when he discovered, a week into work, that the waterproofing system that another company had installed recently did a subpar job. I think other contractors would have looked the other way and continued their work, but Willie brought the issue to my attention, explained why he thought the work was not done properly and even advocated for us when an employee from that company came over to check it out. He did all this knowing that fixing the waterproofing issues would delay his work, but he did it because he has the utmost integrity. Ultimately, with Willie’s help, we got the waterproofing company to tear out the entire system and redo it from scratch. I can’t thank ATN enough for this. Communication: So important on a big project! Willie communicated promptly on any issue that arose through text, email and face to face. As many hiccups arose (termites, unforeseen electrical and plumbing problems), Willie was excellent at explaining each issue in an understandable way, proposing various solutions, and being transparent about any revisions to the price and timeline. Not only is Willie a great communicator, but he’s also just a super friendly guy, former military and proud dad and granddad. My husband says he wants to be Willie when he grows up :) Highly recommend ATN!"
