He arrived Sunday at the scheduled time and offered me 3 options to choose from. He was courteous, friendly, professional and experienced! "When I first contacted them they could not make it to the time slot they had told me , however came the next day at the time they said . The young man was friendly and did the job in a speedily fashion . He had a heavy duty spring for my garage in his truck and did the job the day he came and tested the garage door opener with me. "

"Frank came out when he said he would. He did the motor replacement in less than we thought it would take. After he was done, we decided to just have the whole door replaced. It was going on 25 years since our home was built and we felt more comfortable knowing that we wouldn't have to have someone come out for other parts that would have eventually gone bad. This way we have a whole new door that will last us another 25 years, hopefully. I can't say enough about Frank. He was quick and proficient. He did an amazing job on the opener. We can't recommend him enough. Our neighbor came over and asked Frank go to his house to take a look at his door and now our neighbor will be getting a new door as well. Frank is a down-to-earth kind of guy. Very friendly and courteous. He cleaned up after himself and respectfully shook our hands. We're very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to just have a repair done or a new door. He's your man. "

"I am very disappointed with their work and surprised with all these good reviews. The owner came in to replace and install my new garage door, didn?t do a good job and was very disrespectful. To start he installed the door and some screws fall. I noticed he hadn?t installed the sensor beam eyes, which is by the way required by law to be installed in any garage door for safety. I called the company and after talking to the owner they sent him back to my home. When he came back he didn?t apologize for his big mistake. He installed the electric eye, took my old one with him and said with all the arrogance to my husband ? are you happy now??. How do you treat a costumer like that after your own mistake? I will never use them again and I definitely don?t recommend their service. "
