The old bathtub, which had been in use for 25 years, was becoming increasingly difficult for a 90-year-old to navigate due to its high step. "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
