"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."

"We were quoted a price of $195 to re-install our existing mailbox on a new post that would look as much like our neighbors' as possible, and we double-checked to be sure that this price included all labor, parts, etc before proceeding. The mailbox was instead mounted on a much thicker, stronger post and we were charged $250. We don't dispute the quality of the work, which looks good (it is all 4x6 whereas everyone else on the block has 4x4). But we wish we had been consulted beforehand about the change in plans and the extra expense."

"Joe Fox talked with us about our problem with drainage in the back yard, and our dissatisfaction with the present flagstone patio (it had a newer section that did not match the original). He discussed possible solutions with us, paying close attention to what we wanted. We came up with a great plan. Joe and his men rerouted a drain pipe, installed a french drain, laid a brick patio, and redid the former flagstone patio. They were very hard workers, very neat, cleaned up after themselves every day, and did fabulous and meticulous work. Plus, they were very nice guys. I especially appreciated the fact that they understood what we wanted from an artistic point of view. The work they did blended into our existing design for the back yard. We are very happy with the products used, and the attractiveness of the overall design. Joe Fox and his workers also cut our grass on a regular basis, and do a great job. <br />"

"Not well at all...I pulled the paperwork and was delighted to find that there's a Lifetime Warranty on the fence! When I called CCC though, I was informed that it was a Limited Warranty and the failed weld joints weren't covered. Furthermore the Company was no longer in business that made that gate. I was told it would cost $1600 to have a crew come out and replace the gate...... Mind you, it's a 4' wide, aluminum gate. 2 hinges and a magnetic hasp. Nothing super fancy. I wasn't sure she understood me correctly. After explaining again that I had the paperwork with the lifetime warranty, she again informed me that it only covers a year after install and that the new gate would be $1600. Maybe cheaper in the Winter. In all honesty, they were very professional about the whole deal. I just can't believe that (A) a lifetime warranty only covers 1 year after install and (B) that a 4' pool gate costs $1600. To anyone considering using this company, BE VERY CLEAR ON THE TERMS before signing. I'm still at a loss on how to fix this gate. For now I have it barricaded so my dog or Son don't slip in and drown in the pool. Would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!"
