"This review is long overdue. Sterling has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times when I was in a panic. Dave and his son, a very nice young man who is a veteran, called me right away and came to my house within an hour. He double checked to make sure that the heater did in fact need to be replaced and he took care of everything. He went and bought me a water heater and installed it. "I had an excellent experience with Outlook Plumbing and Drain Cleaning LLC. I called after 9pm on a Monday night and spoke to Joseph. Tuesday morning Sam provided an ETA and showed up exactly when he said he would. We’re so grateful they could come out on such short notice. "The plumber arrived right on time and I walked him through all the problems mentioned above. He spent a few minutes working through a book of parts prices and, I think, standard labor hours and came up with a specific price for each of the items I wanted fixed (all four valves on two faucets, even though only two valves we’re leaking, plus the basin drain and the reversed supply lines). The prices seemed reasonable and Putman had been highly rated on Angie’s list so I asked him to do all the repairs. He finished everything fairly quickly (the longest thing was waiting for pipe cement to harden before turning the water back on. He left everything clean and dry. Later, I had opportunity to discover that Putman stands behind their work. About two hours after the plumber left I discovered that one of the new shut-off valves was leaking. I called the office and explained the problem and asked if the plumber could return that day or the next (I was capturing the leaking water in a bowl so it wasn’t an urgent issue). They said the plumber would return when he had finished the day’s scheduled customers. He arrived a couple of hours later. The leaking valve had a defect that allowed the leak to develop. Two of its parts not been joined properly. The plumber replaced that valve with another new one and we haven’t had a problem since. I was very happy with Putman. The office was very responsive during both my initial scheduling and the subsequent call-back. The plumber who did the work was efficient and friendly. He even offered some advice about maintaining parts lists for our Kohler fixtures bacause parts can be hard to identify for their older products. I will definitely use Putman again when the need arises."

"They showed up on time but made us pay before the would start and i was ok with that . after finishing he explained that the system needed pumping out and that i should do some upgrades . I told them to do it as i no  nothing about systems like this.and it did need pumping as for the other repairs i took them on there word. after a few weeks they called and told my wife the cost but apparently there was a miss communication and when i called them back finely got them to come back . they showed up and again had to pay in full before they would start. at this time they did the work and said the pumped the system . that is where the problem starts had problems with the septic called someone else.  i trust someone one time. so i called  Merritt out with out telling them it had been pumped before and was told it was not done so i am out another 275.00 but this time it was done . I wish i had done some asking around before using them as for what others have told me I never would have used them <br />   I wish i had talked to john Powell at the beginning as i now see i was mislead by others so i changed my review and plan to use them again on this system the   miscommunication was on the start date and had nothing to with the work . said thing that you don't know who to trust . I will use Powell's  again if they want my business after this"
