In this case, I feel the need to share my positive experience with Callaway Corporation since this is uncommon in my area, especially with contractors. I cannot say enough great things about Callaway Corporations, to include Keith, Katharine, and all of the hard workers that actually installed my new roof. Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. "MR Hunter performed outstanding in every aspect of removing of the old asphalt shingles and installing the new roof. The workers exercised safety throughout the entire effort. The workers preemptively. covered the finished attic items prior to removing and replacing the skylight. So careful was the work that no debris fell through the skylight opening during the installation. The workers were meticulous and careful during the work that not the slight damage was done on any part of the house exterior or landscaping. All trash generated during the removal and installation was removed at the end of each day. I would very highly recommend MR Hunter for future exterior house work."

"The installers arrived on time and were professional in their work.  I had done a lot of research on gutter guard systems and determined that the Gutter Dome was the best solution - stainless steel with a mesh that would not pass debris from the roof or pine needles.  They finished fairly quickly and appeared to have done a good job.  Upon later closer inspection we found some roofing shingles that were left up and several ends that were not finished.  We have a "V" joint where the garage roof meets the main house.  We were assured that the Gutter Dome would capture the water flow in this corner without a baffle.  That turned out not to be the case, so they returned to add a baffle, finish the ends and lay the shingles flat.
      Later we found that a light mist or heavy dew would not go through the mesh so we ended up with a constant dripping all around the house.  This would not be a problem except that it drips right over the front and rear entrance doors and that moisture freezes in the winter leaving a slick coating of ice.  In a heave dew the water collects and runs in rivulets across the surface of the Gutter Dome and over the edge of the gutter.  The solution was supposed to be a scrubbing with a detergent such as Simple Green and/or the passage of time.  Not so.  After over a year it was still dripping.  The company is now under new ownership but after an initial miscommunication we had a visit from Will to try to correct the problem.  He arrived on time, in fact early enough to observe the dripping.  His initial idea was to run a bead of silicone along the surface of the Gutter Dome, but I questioned the longevity of that solution.  He ended up installing a 1/4" hand-cut deflector near the edge of the gutter.  Unfortunately that didn't help. 
    After a few more calls and discussions with Kieth and Dan, Will came back and replaced a number of sections of the Gutter Dome with the slightly wider mesh Magna.  Water from heavy dew and light rain can more easily get through the Magna's surface and that appears to have taken care of the problem.  It's almost impossible to tell where one stops and the other begins except for the drips over the edge of the gutter.  No pine needles or debris get through either.
     This dripping was not a problem with our old system (which is no longer available) and we were very disappointed with the way this installation had turned out but impressed with Kieth, Dan & Will's willingness to correct it.  In the meantime I've changed their responsiveness and overall rating to A's thanks to their efforts.  I will say, however that it took numerous calls and quite a bit of time before they did come back (we are 2 hours away from their location but within their service area), so be persistent.
     All in all we are happy with the installation and still believe this is the best gutter guard system available.  I would not hesitate to use them if we were starting over again."
