I was concerned about how the gutters would turn out as well as the color combinations. I was always able to call in to the service department with questions and they helped resolve all of my concerns. After the job is complete, they send out a quality assurance person to make sure that the installation was done properly. They answer your questions at that time. Matt Montgomery came to my house to check the roof and informed me that because so many shingles were missing, they would recommend a full roof replacement. "Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results. 
We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job. 
While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home. 
I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros.

"MR Hunter performed outstanding in every aspect of removing of the old asphalt shingles and installing the new roof. The workers exercised safety throughout the entire effort. The workers preemptively. covered the finished attic items prior to removing and replacing the skylight. So careful was the work that no debris fell through the skylight opening during the installation. The workers were meticulous and careful during the work that not the slight damage was done on any part of the house exterior or landscaping. All trash generated during the removal and installation was removed at the end of each day. I would very highly recommend MR Hunter for future exterior house work."

"The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The repair looks great and they DID NOT charge extra for the making of the new part!"
