"Theo is absolutely wonderful to work with. He's an old school man of his word, as well as a talented contractor. His guys are skilled and fast. Very good carpentry, plumbing and electrical. He first finished our dank basement and turned it into a beautiful space, then moved on to gutting our kitchen and other upstairs details. Highly highly recommended. Besides being timely and competent, he quickly addressed issues that arose - a shower floor than needed to be pitched correctly, and some areas around a window they put in. "We hired MCR Construction a few months ago for a full kitchen remodeling. We found them on Google and they were the first construction company that we reached out. We spoke directly to contractor Brian. He was very helpful, resourceful and very respectful. We are glad that we reached out to them. When we received the estimate we thought that the price was a little high. This was the first time that we had to deal with construction on our appartment. After receiving a few estimates from other contractors we decided to go with MCR Construction because the estimate was very detailed and Brian provide a 5% discount. Another thing that we loved about Biran is the fact that he offered to help with planning, he did not charg for the design, and helped us select all the kitchen cabinets and counteropts. Another useful thing is that Brian helped us get the cabinets that we wanted and counteropts for half the price of what local shops were offering. Will hire them aging when needed. "
