"I called this company to receive a quote for chimney cap repairs on a home I was planning to purchase, and was told that a drive-by observation would be completed later that day. It was not, however, and the quote was finally delivered over the phone the next week, after 3 more business days. I requested that I be mailed a written quote that could be submitted to my realtor and attorney, but never received it.
