He asked me to send him photos of the work, and when I did he said he would correct the problem. Within a day or two he himself came out and completed the job to my satisfaction, and he brought another handyman with him who did another small job for me. Very impressed!

"Have two main complaints. Although repair person did call, he was late for all of his appintment and/or rescheduled all of them. Secondly, when he finally arrived with the parts to make the repairs, he did not have an adequate supply and/or appropriate tools in his truck to make expedient repairs. Repairs tooks longer than necessary because he had to go several times to local Lowe's or Home Depot to buy supplies that I think a repair man should carry in his truck."
