"Ronal works with his little brother, wife, and another bud. All are very nice and respectful of your home. We had a custom shower install 10 yrs ago, but after excessive use by the whole family (4 of us every day...) and a still-settling house, it developed a leak in the lower shower corner. We only needed the lower 18" of tile wall to be replaced (it's still available), a new shower pan and floor, structure inspected and repaired if needed, and we added a new bathroom floor and toilet to the job. No plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry were needed as it was all still kinda fancy and in great shape. Ronal was the only response out of about 10 from Angi's list that would agree to do this partial bathroom repair/remodel. ALL THE OTHERS offering estimates demanded to do a full gut and replacement. His attention to detail is excellent, and the grout colors and gaps match perfectly. We are having him back for our downstairs bathroom and are recommending him to any others needed tile-based home improvement. 10 out of 5 stars!"

"We just had our upstairs bathroom remodeled by Trends. The bathroom was largely untouched from when the house was first built in the late 70s and was very much in need of a remodel. We didn't know exactly what we wanted, so Trends showed us other projects they had done and helped us to come up with a design that fit well with the rest of our house and our budget. They were very low pressure, and very much interested in customer satisfaction. Everything was completed on schedule and within budget. Trends design staff would check on the work crew every few days and responded quickly to questions, either via email or phone call. The crews took great pains to contain the normal construction dirt and dust. Given that this remodel involved replacing shower/tub, toilet, sink, floor, and the installation of cement board, they really kept the impact to the rest of the house to a minimum. The results were beyond our expectations, and I feel we get a great value for our money."

"The person they sent out to do the inspection and the estimate was one of the managers, Jim.  He was very helpful and explained everything.  He said he was available for any questions I had and he gave me his contact information.  I emailed with him off and on for additional questions and the final proposal.  He actually ended up coming out twice, to look at the bathroom.  Overall the process went smoothly.  They installed everything when I was away, so I just saw before and after.  They took exactly a working week to complete the job.  Throughout the process I was in contact with Jim in regards to problems or concerns.  When I came home, it looked great.  Everything had been cleaned up.  There was no mess left of any kind and everything worked properly.  The only thing I'm still a little upset about is the price.  I think that I paid a bit higher then I should have.  However Jim assured me they use quality parts and guarantee their work.  As of writing this (3 months later) there have been no issues with the work completed.  I am still very happy with the work completed.  I'm hoping I will not have to call them for any reason, but if Ii do, I feel confident they will be available to attend to the problem."

"We hired AES to do our master bathroom remodel. We are very happy with it, it’s beautiful! Everyone was friendly and professional, the sales person/estimator, the two men who did the work, the concierge, they were all very good at what they do. The workers were detail oriented and cleaned up the place every day before they left. We received quotes from 3 companies for this job, AES was in the middle. We really liked the concierge service - they send a designer with you to shop for the tiles, flooring, fixtures, etc, they help you pick everything out and tie it all together into a coherent design. It was very helpful, they even help you pick out paint colors."
