"Douglas was hired to get my pool cleaned and ready for swimming. The pool looked like a swamp when he came to give me an estimate. His estimate was a good price so we hired him. He did a fantastic job. He worked very hard trying to get my pool swimmable. He came several days and worked for hours scooping leaves and stuff out of the pool. He scrubbed and vacuumed many times. In the end, he did it and I was very happy. He is one of the hardest working men I have ever seen. Great personality and feels like family. I would recommend him for any job. I will have more work for him in the future. 5 stars."

He replaced our old rusty mailbox with both a new mailbox and wood post. Jimmy even took the metal numbers from our old mailbox, painted them, and placed them on the other side of our wood post at no charge. "Mark Andersen and his skilled team helped completely transform our house by expanding our 1.5 bathroom home into 3.5 ba, adding gorgeous aesthetics (, including walk-in closet with a pocket door), and making everything more functional in the process. They exhibit the highest levels of professionalism, quality, efficiency and commitment. There were no games, delays or lapse in their work; they were always on-time, friendly, and hard working. They went above-and-beyond on everything, including calling six different locations to find, and then driving down to VA to get, our specific (deprecated) siding for an exact match. They're also very safety conscious, including taking all recommended COVID precautions to keep our family safe throughout. Anything you can think of, they can do; electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, replacing or installing interior or exterior doors or windows, ... We gave Mark a high-level idea of what we wanted, and he molded it into our dream. "I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Phoenix. If you're looking for a quality fence at a reasonable price look no further. Jeff and Karen were incredible to work with. We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. Both Jeff and Karen are extremely professional and their communication made the project a stress-free, enjoyable experience. The workers, who were all brothers, were incredible. I was shocked by the speed with which they tore down the old chainlink fence, which was installed 60 years ago and had literally grown through the trunk of two trees. They methodically installed the new 218 square foot fence in one day, making sure everything was done properly. When the job was done, one worker insisted on grabbing a tool and coming back an hour later to remove a very stubborn old fence post. This level of detail and craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays. The fence has transformed our backyard and we couldn't be more happy!"
