Once my tub dried, there were a few areas that need to be touched up and they came out within a few days and were able to touch it up and it looks great. "Overall, I was very satisfied with Premier Surfaces. Lindsey was my project manager / sales associate. She met my wife and I on a Saturday morning as a special appointment (they do not have regular hours on Saturday, appointment only). I had gotten another quote from a different Granite installer that was slightly higher and they only allow you to see their slabs during the week, which is an inconvenience for me. Lindsey was very nice to us, and she answered all our questions. I felt like she went above and beyond for our whole buying experience. We picked a slab, setup a measurement appointment (really early in the morning during the week, like 7 am or earlier). The measurement appointment was on time and took a reasonable amount of time (maybe 30 minutes). My only disappointment with Premier surfaces is they sold me on their SlabSmith program which supposedly allows you to see how your countertops will look upon installation. I took this to mean it would take a photo of my kitchen, and show me exactly what it would look like in a 3d image. The reality is that it shows you a plan view (from above) of what your countertops will look like, and we chose a black granite which had minimal color variation, so it looked like a few black boxes. Lindsey sent me another version of it that had a grainier granite and it still wasn't what I expected (3d), but I could see how it could be helpful for some folks. I just didn't think it was that big of a deal. For the installation, it was relatively easy to schedule, they were supposed to be at our house at 3:15 and they were about 1 hour late, the 4 hour installation time took about 3.5 hours, and ultimately it resulted in a beautiful end product. So I think there's some room for improvement, but I still would use them again without hesitation. See photos below for before and after (also had floors done) and the photos of the Slabsmith."

"The job was professionally done. The workers was on time and very courteous. They understood their job and answer any question we asked. Bet knowledgeable. The boss was very professional and explained the reroofing procedure. The crew worked in a timely and accurate manner. When the job was completed I was very satisfied. The area was clean and my roof looks great."

"We went to look at granite for the kitchen and saw that they had some overstock bathroom counters.  We are renovating an older home to sell and needed an affordable option.  We never thought we could afford granite for the bathroom.  I'm sure they aren't always able to do things that inexpensively but we got lucky and it worked out great.  They even included a sink.  They were always on time or early.  They really went above and beyond even though they weren't making a huge profit. <br />"

"Overall, I graded the job a C because the finished product is a C. <br /> <br />  The leader of the crew that did the work told me that I had purchased two men for 6-8 hours, and that he was contracted by Cobalt to perform the work, that he did not work for Cobalt.   There was not mention of 6-8 hours in the posting, and I was immediately feeling uncomfortable about what exactly I had purchased.  I bought a crew of "painters", not the support and oversight of a professional painting company. <br /> We had scheduled the work a week in advance, and the day of the job, there was rain in the forecast.  I suggested we re-schedule, but was told that he was booked for at least the next week, and that it was not raining now, and "why don't we get started." <br /> <br /> In advance, I was told to get a gallon of paint, and a gallon of thinner.   I assumed the paint would be brushed or rolled.   Was not told that I would also need to provide masking suppliers and several gallons paint.  I did buy a few drop clothes, and had a few rolls of masking tape, but was not prepared for masking to spray.  So, let the painters use 6 mil poly to mask, and had a giant amount of trash in front of my house when done.  (Could have been neatly rolled up, but that would have taken extra time, and was made worse because one of the painters lost his phone and thought it might be in side the plastic wrap). <br /> <br /> The rain came about 1/3 of the way through the paining.  They came back the next day to finish, and "sort of" addressed water issues by repainting.  There was a serious hurry to get done and on to the next job, so there were a lot of missed spots.  There should have been two coats applied.  They came back a few weeks later to repaint the missed spots, and the job is complete.  The quality is okay, but well below the original paint job, and would definitely not impress anyone. The ironic part.. I had a quote to have the work done, for $50 less than the Angie's list deal.   I thought that I would get more for my 16 hours of work, but did not.  I did not like the pay before the work is done and hope it gets done right."

His crew was polite, they were on time and the project went exactly as Clint had explained it would go. There were no bumps in the road or surprises. The left the work area spotless each day.
