"Lindus Construction is the best. They installed new roofing and Leafguard gutters to repair damage to our house caused by a hailstorm. The totally new roof was installed in just one day. Replacement Leafguard gutters were installed over several hours on a second day. Materials and workmanship were excellent while Lindus’ workers, supervisors and sales representative were all friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all of our questions. What really makes Lindus a standout company is how they responded to and fixed a roof rainwater leak that developed after their work on our roof – and the leak turned out to have been caused by another company who had been repairing our chimney at about the same time. Lindus’ employees immediately came to our house to inspect the area where water entered and, because it was wintertime, made plans to fix the problem as soon as it was practicable. It took several attempts to fix the problem permanently but throughout the process Lindus’ employees never doubted us and cheerfully responded promptly. After they tracked the source of the leak to chimney flashing that was incorrectly installed, Lindus’ employees didn’t hesitate to fix the leak anyway and at no charge to us. "A wide variety of tasks was completed by this provider.  I first hired him on to do some water damage repair for my leaking skylight. He had to repair sheetrock and then match the popcorn ceiling and repaint the whole ceiling of my kitchen.  He did a great job on this and the price was so reasonable that I hired him for further work.  He has stained our deck, removed cabinents in our kitchen and bathroom, and installed a dishwasher as well, which required him to cut into existing cabinents and completely install a new dishwasher into the space.  His prices have always been so good, and the quality of work and timeliness of jobs are spot on.  He also always does a nice job of cleaning up his work area after finished.  Very friendly and easy to work with."

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again. "Patrick reviewed a video I shared with him and then we discussed the project over the phone. He gave me a preliminary estimate on the phone and said that before the start of the job they'd give a fixed bid for the work. Fortunately, there was an opening in their schedule, so they were able to come out just a few days after I called.  <br /> When Patrick's crew arrived we realized we hadn't factored for a few things and had to make some changes to the original scope of work. Patrick was graciously accommodating, even offering to pick up some plywood from a hardware store so that we'd have a temporary barrier in the bathroom once the old door was taken out. I can't stress enough how kind and accommodating Patrick and his crew were. They turned what could have been a horrible situation into one that exceeded our expectations. <br /> The crew spent about 90 minutes making preparations to ensure that our floors, walls, and doors wouldn't be damaged and that dust would be kept to a minimum. This included laying down felt with MDF on top of areas with tile or marble flooring. They also created a plastic wall through our bedroom so that dust wouldn't enter the rest of it. They even wrapped our front door!  <br /> The crew worked all day and completed the job on time. My wife was busy with our two young kids, so they waited for me to get home from work to inspect the job and ensure we were satisfied before they left. Everything was just as they promised. It was as if angels had come down and magically removed everything. There was no dust or any sign of their being there. They were even able to remove tile that shared a tight corner with other smaller tile we wanted to keep...without damaging a single one. <br /> And to top it all off, the total came out to less than Patrick had estimated. <br /> I've worked with many contractors over the years and can say that none has ever worked harder to ensure we were happy with the work they did.
