Since its a smaller company your able to speak with the owner directly and he will come to you home to go over exactly what you need. Juan will provide his own professional guidance to help you with you decision making and to make sure your getting exactly what you want. <br /> When I purchased my new house it had a very small driveway and needed a larger concrete patio. The back yard sloped down toward a creek and had a ton of brush and rocks. Juan added a large extension to my driveway and added a 18x16 patio. He brought in about 20 dump truck loads of dirt and leveled my back yard. He even added metal posts for me so I could put up a wooden privacy fence. Now my back yard is ready for a sprinkler system and SOD. It's going to look beautiful. The driveway and patio already look beautiful.  <br /> I have used JMG construction in the past and so hasn't my girlfriend and mother in-law. JMG put a patio in my last house and a patio at my girlfriends house. My mother in-law had them put a sidewalk in several years ago and the sidewalk is still like brand new. Both patio's are solid and I haven't had any issues with them.  <br /> JMG does more than just concrete, and landscaping work. I'm also going to use JMG to add a roof over my patio and to replace my fireplace inside my house. The current fireplace is cheap and ugly. They are going to tear the current one out and replace it with much larger one.  <br /> Your not going to find a more professional trustworthy company than JMG Construction. Juan does outstanding work at a very reasonable price. Your not going to find anyone that can match his prices, believe me I tried. Juan responds to your location fast to give you an estimate and completes the work in a timely manner. He takes time to go over what you want and answer any questions you have along the way. "I made contact with Keith almost a year ago when we were in the process of building our new home. As soon as the home was finished, I was going to construct a swimming pool and pool house. My wife found Keith on the internet, I researched his operation as good as I could, and we made the decision to use him. There was a lot of planning, permits, and HOA to deal with. I managed to work my way through all of that and then finally we built the pool. When the pool was built we had the slab poured for the building and small storage shed at the same time. Keith began his buildings three weeks after the concrete was poured. Keith and his crew did a great job on the entire project. They are some of the finest people I have ever met. They are experienced, hard workers, and go out of their way to help. I have been in construction my entire life and I can tell you they build a quality building. If you want cheap, you need to go to Lowes or Home Depot. Everything he says in his adverising is correct. He builds in excess of recognized standards. My wife and I are very pleased and proud of our new pool facility and storage. The pool house is 12' by 16' with a 5' porch, and the storage building is 4' by 10'."

"I posted previously about the fantastic job that Anthony&Sylvan Pools did in every phase of our challenging pool installation from design, to site prep, to above ground construction (e.g., we're at the top of a big hill and the surface of the pool and deck needed to be raised up approximately 10 feet to be level with our back patio) through to final commissioning (see attached photo). What I want to report about today is the great job their service team has done in the year plus since startup, in particular the work done by A&S service technician Paul Oliver. The few issues we've had have been relatively minor with exception of some intermittent failures of the heater to fire up when it hasn't been used for awhile. Intermittent failures are tough to diagnose since they may not be readily reproduceable by the technician when he comes out for repair, but thanks to Paul's detailed knowledge and experience with pool equipment he was able to quickly identify the most likely root causes and methodically work through them until he was able to isolate the problem to a faulty propane gas igniter, which he promptly replaced. And last but not least on an unrelated note, I've also found Paul to be very knowledgeable and helpful with respect to guidance on some of the more advanced techniques for maintaining optimal pool water chemistry as well (e.g., Langelier Saturation Index (LSI), PH buffering with boric acid, etc.). In summary, thanks for the great job, Paul, and we feel blessed to have you on our pool maintenance team!"
