"This was a roof replacement project on a large house. The crew of 8 finished the job in one 12 hour day. They were amazing, well coordinated, and meticulous in the clean-up. The roof is beautiful. "Avoid this company at all costs?.over priced front door. Installed incorrectly, wrong color, not what I wanted from the get go?to cut costs, they changed from a fiberglass door to a steel door (which caused a problem due to southern exposure & door becoming extremely hot to the point of burning fingers) & changed the colors. Door had drafts as not hung correctly. Came back & corrected the type of door to fiberglass (at an additional cost), corrected the colors, tried to correct the door so there were no drafts, but the door creaks & squeaks & it drives me crazy. No amount of WD-40 or silicone spray helps. Emailed the company about correcting this with no response whatsoever."

"I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"
