He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed. "Carlos and his team were amazing! Carlos gave me a fair quote up front and explained what was and was not included in his price so we both knew what to expect. I had a lot of water damage on one portion of my house that was unseen during the original quote. Carlos stopped work showed me the issues and gave me a quote for that work that was fair. Carlos was on site every day to check the work his crew was doing, answer any questions I had and give me an update on progress. Not only would I recommend Carlos to friends and family, I already have him hired for another job I need done and will use him for any carpentry, painting or other house work I need done. "It went great. I have been looking for a trustworthy, local handyman based in central MA, as I have several projects I'd like to complete in the next couple of years. I started with the relatively simple job of installing an interior handrail in my stairway, and I found Nick's name on this list. During Nick's initial visit, we also discussed larger projects I'd like to have done in the near future. He had great ideas, understood what I was looking for, and sent me detailed estimates for the work I'd like to have done. "The entire job from start to finish took three months... not bad for a hundred year old house. Plumbing and electric work was very reliable. They also have a very talented woodworker who was able to reuse much of the original wood to repair a window sill, trim, and baseboard. Whenever we had any concerns they were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. They also had a beautiful selection of cabinets and granite counter tops to choose from. We would absolutely use them again. Very happy with the outcome."
