"I hired DJ of All Things Chimney to help me with some considerable repair on my chimney and install a liner for my Oil-fired boiler. He and his crew did an amazing job on the house. They were prompt, professional and extremely easy to work with. The liner was installed with no issues and my boiler is now much safer. After that was finished, I had him install a Regency Hi500 Wood stove insert to go into the worn out fireplace. His crew did an amazing job on the install! They removed the worn out hearth bricks and put in a beautiful piece of blue stone. Before and after pictures are on this review. It came out fantastic. Every person that has seen it has complemented how good it looks. I'm still stunned by the heat it throws out, I filled my oil tank in mid November and still have 1/4 tank left as the wood stove has immensely cut down on the boiler needing to fire. "My choices were a little limited due to COVID crisis, but contacted 2 highest rated companies on Angie's. First was a small firm who was booked thru the Fall. Alliance has several crews and were able to get to us quickly. First visit was great (David), who provided the quote, alternatives, samples, pictures & addresses of previous work. Price was reasonable. Crew started a couple of weeks later. Very professional and courteous crew of three. Once they show up, they stay to finish the job. Separate gutter crew came shortly after siding was done. Cost was $28,000 for a 2 story cape with shake siding. We love the shake look compared to traditional horizontal siding, esp for a cape house. We highly recommend Alliance."

"Not only did Ethan and his team solve our drainage/flooding problem, they made our backyard look BEAUTIFUL! Ethan met with me several times leading up to this work and was always thoughtful and generous with his time. He and his team (two other guys worked on the project with him) are enormously courteous, friendly, and professional and respectful of one another (nice collegiality). As our neighbors were allowing us to use their driveway for access to their backyard, it was important that their space be well cared-for. They were totally conscientious and cleaned their driveway at the end of every day; the workspace was always tidy. They completed this job, even with the intense heat, in less than a week. Ethan really has a gift for working with the natural attributes of a space to make it more beautiful and cohesive. He is very knowledgeable about plants, habitats, and plant care. For example, they had to jackhammer through a 14 inch slab of stone to install the French drain and Ethan found that it was beautiful Holyoke mountain range red stone. They used pieces of the stone to make a rock feature that we love. I will absolutely work with Ethan’s Eden again for future landscaping work."
