We have 3 permanent employees 2 have been with us for 12 & 10 yrs. We hire our own sub-contractors many have been with us for the 35 yrs we've been in business. We require 25% down payment at the beginning of the job with payment increments of 25% as the job progresses. All add work orders will be in writing. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded. No financing. No promotions.

Payments requested by Paypal, cash, or money order. 1/2 down balance upon completion. Employees on staff include plumbers, painters, electricians and roofers. Employees based on size of project. 5% off on jobs over $500.00
