Best things I appreciated about the experience was 1) The proposal was incredibly detailed and procedural, which is something our other candidates did not provide, 2) Jim, John and Jose showed up every weekday, consistently and timely, and took the necessary and thoughtful steps to protect the rest of the house, 3) The work was performed carefully with good attention to detail, 4) While there were unexpected circumstances during the remodel that resulted in slightly more work and money than originally proposed, all of it was fairly priced and necessary for what we wanted, 5) Jim was receptive in discussing different options and really made an effort to figure out solutions that would be best for function and aesthetics. The project was completed on schedule. I saw ads where companies say they can get the job done in one day. After seeing my project progress, I can say a company would have to cut corners to get done so quickly. My shower was done correctly and will last for a very long time. UPDATE 11/19/24: Just wanted to give a follow up on my experience with FJS, which has been amazing. I hired them about a month ago to replace a bathroom fan and vent it out the roof. It recently rained and I panicked thinking there was a leak with the new vent. Jorge was very responsive and came to check it out right away despite his busy schedule. Turns out there was no sign of water leaking in the attic or on top of the new fan. Amazing customer service and would highly recommend!"
