"<p>Contacted Dalton Carpet One about a bathroom remodel.  Designer Lauren Harrell came to our house and did some measurements and we discussed some initial ideas.  We met a few days later at the business and Lauren had pulled out some sample tiles and had put together a plan that we agreed on.  Dalton Carpet One was then able to draw up a computer sketch of the plan so we could get a better idea of how the finished project would look.  After all agreeing on tile color and style, we received a printed detailed quote for materials and labor. We then finalized the decision that Dalton Carpet would do the job.  Dalton called and we set a date to do the remodel.  On the date, the installer came on time as promised and was very professional and used every precaution to keep the bathroom remodel in the bathroom and not do any harm to the other parts of the house. (This was an upstairs bathroom so he had to make a lot of trips up and down the steps.)  He kept me informed on his progress all along and how we wanted the shower to look.  Used the Schluter Shower system which is the best to help reduce any chance of shower leakage. ( The orange board and sealer strips like on many of the home shows.)  Changed out the shower head that I purchased and also installed tile backsplash on three walls around a jet tub.  This remodel took a whole week and during the week we had different representatives from Dalton Carpet One coming by and checking the progress, helping the installer and making sure the job was going to our liking and if we had any concerns.  </p> <p>The one thing I would like to add to this review is that if you are looking online and trying to decide who might do a flooring job or tile bathroom remodel for you then I'd say Dalton Carpet One is the type business you will want to do business with.  They have done all that we agreed on, the way we agreed on (no change of design or cost) and they did it in a professional way at the time they said they would do it.  </p> <br />"

"Started out good. I expressed all my concerns about the installation of this product. I was assured that the installers knew what they were doing and that Carpet One stood behind their service. Half way through the job my confidence in the installers was eroded. The floor was left filthy and caked with some coating. It took weeks to clean it, which I ended up doing myself. The transition from the flooring to a tiled bathroom has never been resolved. I keep calling the owner and he keeps saying they'll fix it...... it's been three months. <br />"

"Back in July, an entire glass of orange gatorade was spilled on our 10 x 14, light gray, wool rug.  We attempted to blot and quickly remove the stain using vinegar and club soda, but we had no luck.  We had our rug professional cleaned, and the nasty orange stain persisted.  At this point, I began looking into alternatives to having the rug repaired rather than just live with this 1.5' x 1.5' stain on the rug (i.e., hiding it under furniture).  This is when I stumbled across Color Your Carpet.  Being that there wasn't a branch located near where we lived, I contacted the national number.  I completed the request form and sent pictures, but after this, I didn't hear anything back. <br /> <br /> After a few months, I got desperate and started dialing actual Color Your Carpet branches to see what was going on.  This is when I called Rich (FL office), and he explained that since we were out of area that typically a traveling technician would take care of us; however, he was willing to help us with our rug debacle.  We first had contact w/ Rich the beginning of December.  We e-mailed him photos, and he told us a good time to ship him our rug (availability).  We were a bit hesitant to ship our 10 x 14 wool rug, but he assured us that many customers do this, and he even gave us instructions on how to fold the rug.  He also asked us to include a color sample of what color we'd like the rug dyed.  He even gave us advice on how to secure the best pricing when shipping the rug (You pay for shipping there and back.). <br /> <br /> We shipped our rug the week after Christmas.  Rich promptly notified us when he received the rug.  He also sent us pictures when he completed the rug for our approval.  He had a bit of trouble with the stained part of the rug, and he even called to tell us that he had a setback and would need to dye the rug a bit darker to deal w/ that pesky orange gatorade stain.  About a week later (Jan 20th), our rug was delivered.  Rich did an excellent job removing any traces of the orange gatorade incident.  Gatorade is no longer allowed in the living room, so we hope to not use Rich's services on this rug anymore.  However, if we ever had any future stains with our rugs that cannot be cleaned, we wouldn't hesitate to contact Rich to take care of us."

"It went  extremely well.  My mother uses a  wheelchair, so they recommended a few carpet choices that would be best.  The communication was always good.  They were quick to come out and give a detailed estimate, didn't waste our time.  They gave a detailed description of the work to be done.  They arrived on time, worked hard, got the job quickly so my parents were only slightly inconvenienced .  Both Molly and Jeremy were on the job site. <br /> A few weeks later we chose to add a transition strip.  No questions asked, they came out, did the work, matched the color to the carpet perfectly.  We have been very happy with the work.  The paint looks great too. <br />"

"They are quite reasonably priced and always do an excellent job.  They are always here on time.  With them it is "no fuss no bother."  They clean up to six rooms, though it varies each time.  They always clean the living room and dining room.  They come out every six months to a year to clean my carpets and do an excellent job every time.  I would highly recommend them."
