"Overall excellent. My only quibble is that the screen over the window had holes but it was replaced within a week. I would use them again if I need another egress window. Note, these windows are primarily to let people out. If a fireman, or anybody else, have to get in they still have to break the glass."

The work took 2 days longer than expected but despite this (and a minor omission on my part); the final bill did not change. In truth, I preferred 3J running late and doing the job right rather than rush and cut corners to make an unreasonable deadline."
