"The contractor from beginning to end of this project were exceptional. In the matter of a week we had our new shower installed. A week from contact to contract. Jonathan came out appraised our remodel, offered excellent financing options and set us up. Financing was approved, permits handled and materials gathered. Matt and Ivan arrived at our home a few days later and in less than eight hours we have a new shower. It is beautiful. Plus they took care of our home, removing all the debris and protecting our floors. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bathtub or shower remodel. Thanks guys!!!"

"The installation of our new tub/shower was done in one day. The old tub removal was done in the morning, and the new tub and surround were done in the afternoon. The crew did a professional job, and left the bathroom spotless."

"Peter was wonderful. He explained every step of the way. From tearing out my old shower, bathtub combo and installing a magnificent walk-in shower."

"I would certainly recommend you hiring Zoe’s Property services for any of your repair needs. Jean responded promptly and professional handled multiple plumbing leakage and back flow issues, toilet seal replacement, wiring/lighting , painting, door & lock replacement and even restored my entire roof! After our first interaction I knew my property was in great hands. Jean’s pricing is always fair & reasonable, work is finished promptly and professional, and he leaves the space in clean condition. He repaired 2 separate roofs - on the main house and a smaller roof over the enclosed porch quickly and for a amazing price right before the holidays. He is knowledgeable about properties inside and out. He also willing to share his assessment of issues ensuring fair pricing unlike some other companies I’ve worked with in the past. "From the first phone call to the end of the construction project they were professional and kind. Matthew not only knew how to help with what we wanted but was quick to have an estimate and began when we needed them. They're estimate was resonable and very appropriate for the job. When they found out our old shower fan wasn't even hooked up to the outside, they fixed that with no problem. Would we have them do more construction work for us, absolutely. Thank you MNB Renovations."

"Rafael did a wonderful job remodeling two bathrooms, installing hardwood flooring, and making various updates to an older condo. He was great to work with and we are very happy with the outcome of his hard work."
