"Vlad was great! We had 2 old through the wall air conditioners that weren't working and needed to be replaced. The air conditioners weren't installed properly by the previous owner of the house. Vlad installed the supportive sleeves that the air conditioners seat into. He also put the very heavy units into the sleeves himself! I was very impressed with the quality of work he did. He trimmed and sealed the 2 sleeves in the walls and they look great. He is very skilled and knows what he is doing. He was a very nice person and a pleasure to work with. "One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.
