I have stopped by the office 4 or 5 times and left a message for the person that handles warranty service to see if I can find out when they might have the needed parts, but never receive a call back. While I was happy with Kettering Overhead Door for the original installation, at this point I could not recommend them due to the lack of follow-up for warranty service."
