"They diagnosed something we did not call them to do despite the fact we were very specific verbally and in writing to what a technician was supposed inspect. When I called them, before hearing me out, the secretary rushed to immediately stated that she will send a technician out, there is a $89 fee. It was obvious that she did not even care to hear what we are requesting. Her only concerns was that the technician get paid $89. After noticing that she did not pay attention to what I was requesting, when an appointment was created, I made sure that I repeated -in writing- what the technician was to be there for. Still "the technician did not do what we called him for", or stated that "he is not capable to do the work". He just did something of his own and rushed to collect the payment with no requested report. Hence, we seek either, our money back or a requested report."
