"The job was fine for about 3 months, and then the first cracks started to appear, and keep coming and getting worse as time goes on. Contract states no chipping, cracking or peeling for 5 years, so called Lance and asked him to come out and look at it, he said he would be there that week, then never called and never showed up. Subsequently states that he told us the cracks would come back and he even wrote that on the contract, except that never happened. Additionally, contrary to what we were told the material when wet is slicker than dog snot and not safe for around the pool area, so we pretty much regret the whole project now. Meeting with Lawyer tomorrow and we'll see where things go from there"

"The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."
