He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. I am delighted to have discovered Bryan, and look forward to calling him the next time I need help with a home repair."

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. "I have used Wesley and his team before for painting the exterior of my house. Wesley was very prompt in responding to my call for a power wash estimate. He provided a competitive price and i decided to go with him. Upon showing up at my house to power wash - it was discovered my water pipe had two breaks due to frozen water from the harsh winter. While he was unable to complete the job that day (which was not his fault), he offered to come back another day and he could repair the pipe in both spots and then complete the power wash. A week later, he came back , repaired the pipe and completed the power wash job. My decks looks great and I am very pleased with the job. I would certainly use Wesley and his team again for future painting and power washing needs.

The owner of You've Got Mail contacted me the very same day and was able to schedule the installation for just two days later. The price for the entire installation was very reasonable, less than half another contractor I had contacted to install just the new post. Although there was a small problem that required I call my sprinkler company, we are very happy with the quality if the installation. You've Got Mail even reimbursed me for the additional cost incurred when I had to call the sprinkler company for a minor repair."

"Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."
