"The AQM product did a great job of killing off the remaining Mold that was next to impossible to get to. It was in carpet, and under some cabinets. There is no longer any issues, and all the people in the Apartment are healthy again. Have also used a number of OdorXit Products in our aging parents house. We had to remove paneling and ceiling tile and spray the frame structure with the Mold killing product. Parents report that they are feeling better, and no longer notice the old / moldy smells. "They arrived promptly and I showed them the trouble areas. The supervisor checked the stains out and decided what type of stain it was and what the cleaning procedure would be. This was a house that we had bought that previously was lived in by three young students. Needless to say the carpet had not been cleaned or kept up with regularly. "Although they were a little late, they did call ahead to let me know. They were very professional, courteous, hard-working and made sure that the corners of the walls and cabinets were protected against the friction of the hoses. They used several high powered fans to help the carpets dry quicker. By the time they reached the basement carpets, the upstairs was noticeably dryer with the use of the fans. I would definitely use Service Master by Farris Clean again to clean all of my carpets."
