I hired Harmon & Harmon for some upgrades/repairs in a home I recently bought, including a major renovation of my attic (dark, unfinished space, bare studs) to be a fully finished room. Dennis saw the potential of the attic (which was huge & very open). Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. "Our small Bathroom, was supposed to take 3 weeks, the sales man promised a crew that was experienced, paid attention to detail, would be professional and that was not the experience we had. It took ten weeks! The ?Crew?had never worked for this company, they pounded holes into a closet behind the bathroom while taking down the Sheet rock. Tile was cut using a hand grinder the shower did not have proper underpayment put down before tile went in, the slope on the shower was incorrect and would never have drained, so they put second layer of tile over that. Of coarse that was never going to work. The shower tile was put up and torn out three times. They did fix all the mistakes in the end, but why was everything done wrong from the start. I would not recommend this company it was a very stressful experience."

"When Andre first arrived for the estimate, he was courteous and prompt. He requested a large deposit but indicated his team could start very soon and handle the project 'no problem'. From there it all went down hill. They did not start on time and then did not get the required permits. When the inspector arrived, Synergy disappeared and found another job to work on. They left my house a mess. They came back to get their tools and have done nothing to get the proper permits or finish the job. They have not done the promised work. They are a textbook example of the worst type of contractor, taking a customer's money and disappearing with the project incomplete and my house torn apart."
