"Definitely made the right choice with Perfection Metal Roofing. Had five estimates. Some were higher and some were lower. We were sold on their patented method of attaching the metal to the roof. Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. "Sam and his crew were great. The entire roof including tear-off was done the same day on a fairly large roof with several steep pitches. They even replaced all of the roofing vents with vents that matched the color of the shingles. Their pricing for the job was incredible - I don't think you'll find a better price. Only area for improvement would be in the cleanup category. It's understandable that roofing staples will fall into the grass from the tear-off process - 2 of my kids ended up stepping on those and getting cut pretty bad as those staples are beefy. However you are not going to find many roofing companies that will "roll" the yard with those magnetic rollers that will pick up nails and staples, so this issue just goes with the territory. The rest of the cleanup was fine."
