He discovered rotted wood, damaged plywood, structural beams and even a bit of mold. There was a lot of work that needed to be done and he sent pictures throughout the process to show me what the issue was and how he fixed it. The only thing I wish we discussed more up front was the cost of the additional work as it was more than I had budgeted for and caught me a bit off guard. I had an outlet and new lights installed by a previous company but they didnâ t fix the cuts in the ceiling and walls. They fix the walls and ceiling where it now it looks like nothing was disturbed after those installations. They also installed ceiling fans in six rooms and new light switches in two rooms.
