We hired him to remove a plaster ceiling, put up new sheet rock, refinish 16 of our interior wood doors from 1927, refinish our exterior door - also from 1927, refinish hardwood floors, put up picture molding, and finally paint. It was a huge job for us and he did it very well, being patient to coordinate with our electrician for the lighting we added to the new ceiling.
