"I got a response right away from Chris, and he came out to view the project the next day. He advised me that I didn't need to replace my whole awning mechanism, but simply the fabric. He was helpful in guiding my choice of fabric, based on color and trend, and patient while I flipped through a book of hundreds of fabric samples. The awning was produced more quickly than I expected, and a team came to install it right away. They were quick and professional, and put in some extra screws in the mechanism that I hadn't realized were missing. The team were all very personable and a pleasure to work with, and the installer was detail minded as well as efficient. I would highly recommend them."
