"I was blown away by the quality of the work performed by Sandless Finish, now Wood Vitalize. Adam and his team came into our 100 year old home, and fully refinished the second floor of our house. He also buffed the first floor and applied a fresh polyurethane coating. The floors were in bad shape and one contractor had advised us to fully replace the flooring instead of refinishing. In a mere 2 days this team left the floors looking amazingly gorgeous, and the stain matches the rest of the flooring throughout the house. I appreciated this company's responsiveness, accuracy, efficiency, and expert work on our house. They moved and replaced everything and left it in perfect condition. "I have used EURO FLOORS twice . In 2018 they refinished an older existing wood floor and repaired / replaced a section of the floor destroyed by a burst pipe . The floor looks amazing – better than when new without any visible difference between the original and replaced section of flooring . Marcin and his team just finished rebuild / restore of my stairs . SAME results – LOVE IT . Marcin is a true craftsman and a perfectionist almost to a fault . Both jobs were completed on time and at the price quoted . he is a true professional who takes such pride in his workmanship you can be at ease that your project will be completed on time / within cost / and as promised – LOOK NOWHERE ELSE !"

"These guys are AMAZING. I called 8 floor refinishing places in Westchester -- not only did they come in the cheapest, but when I told them I wanted a light, bleached look, they immediately knew what I was talking about. Many well-established places actually didn't, much to my surprise. Other places offered to bleach my yellow oak, which is very toxic, forbidden in many apartment buildings, and not necessary if you know what products to use. I sent pics of what I wanted; the guys came in & made 2 swatches on my floor. It was easy to pick the swatch, and my new floors look amazing. My kitchen is a different wood -- red oak -- and the guys treated it differently to make the 2 look more similar in the end. Thiago, the owner, is super kind & available to respond to questions. Office staff is polite, punctual and very helpful. Overall, I recommend them enthusiastically."

"I think about Ishmael and his team almost everyday when I walk around and admire our gorgeous hardwood floors. They did an impeccable job and as a first time home buyer, Ishmael was able to calm our nerves and give us the confidence that we were making the right choices. He stripped all the old carpeting and laminate in the kitchen and was able to fix rotten wood and made it look seamless. They even found jewelery from the previous owners hidden behind a loose floorboard and notified us about it so we could give it back to its rightful owner. Our home will need more repairs in the future and he was able to give us great insight into what we should do now and what we can do later. Cannot recommend him enough. Thank you so much Ishmael!"

"Highly recommend this company for hard wood flooring refinish. They responded to my inquiry quickly, came to my house right away, and gave me a reasonable quote. The job was scheduled about 2 weeks after the quote and completed quickly and on time. My home was left clean and the workers were very respectful. The floors came out magnificent! I have a 95lb dog who runs around on my floors all day and so far no scratches (service was performed 12/2018). My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to review them sooner. Sal is the best!"

"I can't stop raving about Marcos, Lisa and the wonderful crew at Reis Wood Floors LLC! They literally saved my hard wood floors--and my sanity--and I am absolutely thrilled by the stunning results. The first company we originally hired to refinish our floors ended up destroying them. They didn't sand properly and the horrible stain job made my floors look like a Jackson Pollock painting. I cried my eyes out. But then I came across Reis, and although I was nervous about my first bad experience, Lisa reassured me that Marcos would fix it. OMG--Was she right!! Marcos came over and immediately knew what was wrong. He showed up a few days later with a six-man crew and spend 1.5 days sanding my entire house until my 100-year-old floors looked brand new. We met the next day to review stains. (We chose Provincial), and by the late afternoon my floors looked glorious and new!!!! It was unbelievable! I couldn't stop smiling! I can't tell you how much I love and trust this company. They were such professionals from beginning to end. They showed up on time every day, worked super hard, cleaned up after themselves, and locked up. Lisa was so quick to respond and helped with everything from stain advice to payment options. She really cares and wants her clients to be happy. Marcos is such a lovely person. He's super talented and knows his trade. He's truly a master craftsman. I highly and without any reservation recommend Reis to anyone who wants to restore their hardwood floors! I want to mention that we had two massive pet stains (left by the previous owners) by the entrance and in the dining room. but Marcos sanded them away brilliantly. There's no sign they were ever there. This company is so honest and fairly priced. Marcos didn't charge me extra for anything! They detailed all costs (we chose the more expensive Bona water based poly)--and I am one extremely happy and satisfied customer! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Communication was a breeze. Both Lisa and Marcos were available by text or cell and were quick to respond. Thank you so much Reis for restoring my faith in honest professionals like YOU! "E.D.S. Hardwood Floors was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Eliton and the crew were on time, neat and very professional. On top of offering a very fair price, the work performed by E.D.S. was excellent. This job included installing hardwood flooring in almost the entire house and staining and finishing as well. Eliton was very helpful in deciding which wood to use and which color to stain it. The job was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend E.D.S. for hardwood flooring work to everyone."
