I had received 4 estimates for this work and J.W. Tull matched the lowest bid I received and also upgraded the shingles to CertainTeed Shingles. Turnaround time from estimate to roof completion was 6 days. The first day my roof was torn off, plank replacement where necessary, and shingle application. The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. The second day the team installed the rest of the roof, including a dormer that needed flat roof installation. When finished the team cleaned my yard up and ran the magnet in all surrounding areas. This morning you would never know they had been there the last two days as my yard was immaculate. Jason, thanks to you and your team for all your efforts - I love the roof!"

When he came out for an estimate, he paid close attention to exactly what I needed, he did a detailed inspection, and he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary replacements. "Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"
