"Not the best job done. We have an issue with the fit of an attic access panel and got an argument about the way the work was specified and strong resistance to fixing it properly. The panel has a gap along an edge and scrapes a side on opening it. Both not acceptable. They were not easy to deal with on the quality of the work. We will not be using them again."

He did not rush through all the steps and made sure the power wash, sanding, and staining steps were all done well. Also, he kept communication open so we knew what to expect along the way.
