"This is the third time we have used John and his son because we think they are fantastic!!  They are punctual, friendly, thorough, reasonably priced, and most importantly, they take years off of the appearance of our home.  The white guttering is sparkling white again, the windows (and window troughs) are squeaky clean, and our porches and driveway are spotless.  Even the white caulking around our garage doors (on our 15-yr-old home) is spotless--and I can't come close to that with detergent, brush, and elbow grease. "I have enjoyed my clean windows every single day since they serviced my home!  I'm already looking forward to the next time I can have them come! <br /> After purchasing a Big Deal through Angie's List, I scheduled an appointment with Fish Window Cleaners.  The office staff was professional, polite, and friendly when I called.  I left a message on their answering service and received a return call the same day. <br /> The gentlemen arrived on time, politely introduced themselves, and listened carefully to my instructions.  Since my Big Deal voucher was for only 14 windows, I was particular about which ones of the 36 on my house I wanted to be cleaned:  they got it right with telling them only once!  Impressive!  Then, on their way out, they even cleaned the glass on my front door and foyer window as an extra bonus!  I especially appreciated that neither the office staff nor the workmen pressured me to purchase additional services, such as cleaning other windows or applying special products for extra cost. <br /> The men were patient and friendly to my two-year-old son, who followed them all through the house and yard, fascinated by their ladders and tools. <br /> My only disappointment is that their Big Deal special is available to new customers only, so I can't purchase Deals they offer in the future.  Of course, I understand the purpose of the offering is to attract new clients, but as a client with little disposable income, I am unlikely to purchase their services again for awhile.  Wish their Big Deal offer was similar to that of other daily deal sites/offerings, that is available for anyone.  (It should be noted though that I haven't priced any other window cleaning providers:  I rated their prices as '"fair" based only on my budget, not by comparison.  Their rates may be competitive.) <br />"
