A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. "We are totally happy with our experience with the Brick Doctor. Our 60 year old house had front and back steps that had lost quite a bit of mortar. The front porch, made of broken tile with a brick border , needed the entire border of mortar replaced, and some cracks repaired. Kenny is a true craftsman and a hard worker. He was easy to deal with and we worked together to schedule the repairs. He is a skilled professional, and it was obvious that he takes pride in his work and gives attention to detail. "Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."
