"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

During my home inspection, I notice leaks in the ceiling dry wall. The Realtor called his roofing inspection team to inspect the roof. They did not know where the leak source was and thought it was from a satellite dish. The roofing guy also estimated there were 3 years of roofing life left. 4 months later, roof leaks start to occur during heavy rain. I was not happy. I thought the roofer was an expert because this is what they do day in and out. I was wrong with that assumption. The crew did an excellent job installing the shingles and cleaning up the area. The next day, my gutters were installed also by HCR. They got sheet metal and bended to the length they need. I got the massive 6 inch gutters. This was a game changer for my roofing system. The gutters were installed in the afternoon and 1 hour after installation, it poured down really hard. I watched the gutters and water came down smoothly compared to before where it will just overflow. I compared it to my neighbor’s 4 inch gutters and water was just over flowing out the gutters. "Contacted Mike Lego of Atlantic Services by phone, came out that same day (Tuesday) and gave me a price to replace the roof, repair the trim and install new shutters on the front of the house. He stated that he could do the work Thursday and Friday of that same week. He and his crew showed up as promised on Thursday morning and began replacement of the roof. He and his crew were very professional and worked productively, old shingles were removed and dropped into a dump truck that was parked in my driveway, instead of dropping them in the yard. All nailing was done by hand. They cleaned up the entire area around the house after each work day, The color that we picked for the shutters had to be special ordered and were replaced the following week."

"I hired area remodeling to install a new roof on my house. They tore off and installed a new roof in a day and a half!!! My roof is really big so I didn’t expect them to finish so soon. They went above and beyond with their work even painted my pipes on the roof to match the new shingles installed. After the shingles were installed the foreman and I walked around the house and to check for any trash or if anything got damaged, but I couldn’t find a single nail on the ground. They really did a great job!!! My neighbor just got his roof done a few weeks before mine and couldn’t believe mine was done in a day an a half!! His took almost week for the same size from another company. I’m posting this up a little late but I wanted to give the roof some time before I wrote a review to see if I had to call them back cause of a leaky roof.
