"It went Outstanding! This was a very positive experience from start to finish. The estimator was punctual, and professional. He kept his appointment when others were cancelling because of a little rain. He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. He followed up and communicated with me over several weeks both via email and telephone. When I selected WT Anderson to perform the work, the office personnel were excellent to work with. They scheduled the job around my schedule and answered all of my questions in the days leading up to the actual work. The crew doing the work was great as well. Very friendly and accommodating, open communication during the entire job. The crew leader communicated with me throughout the job about every aspect of the job to be sure I was happy with the progress. They completed the job in a day and cleaned up at the end. I had a lot of bad plywood requiring replacement, and they took care of that as well. After the job was complete, I had some concerns with some plywood around the chimney. WT Anderson wanted me to be completely satisfied, so they came back, removed the roofing from that area, replaced the plywood and re-roofed the area. They made no attempt to talk me out of it, or to tell me the wood there was OK. They repeatedly told me they wanted me to be completely satisfied. They even came out a third time when I found a shingle on the ground after a storm. The shingle was not from the roof but probably one that was overlooked during the cleanup. But they went on the roof to inspect and ensure there was no problems. I could go on, but suffice it to say you will not be disappointed if you hire this company. I rarely say I am 100% satisfied with a contractor's work, but in this case I am 100% satisfied. I will definitely hire WT Anderson again."

"Atlantic Services replaced our old roof with GAF Lifetime Architectural Shingles.   The estimate included the removal of the old shingles, several damaged pieces of plywood and an old attic fan.  The roof replacement included the installation of one layer of commercial grade felt paper, ice and water shield, starter shingles, re-flashing all walls, installation of ridge vent on all ridges (including the shed), the replacement of all pipe collars with double collars and painting of all stacks and vents with anti-rust paint.  The work was completed within 2 days.  The owner, Mr. Lego was very helpful.  He thoroughly explained the entire process and answered all of our questions.  He brought over several different shingle colors and was instrumental in final color selection.  Mr. Lego was on the roof working with the crew and had direct oversight of the job.  They were all very professional.  I would not hesitate to use this company again.

"I would say that Area Remodeling offers the best overall value for a new roof that I found. I considered price, ratings on Angies list and other online review sites and warranty. I found they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done quickly and correctly. They met me on a Sunday afternoon to review the roof and were on the roof Monday putting it on. "The small team that performed the installation were highly professional. Superb, really. They removed the gutters in the morning and found that some of the wooden fascia board had rotted, so we decided to replace the all fascia board around the house. The team volunteered to buy the fascia board at the local Home Depot, and after this short delay the work resumed. The Gutter Pro manager, Dan, arrived in the early afternoon and assured the quality of the work. Before the installation of these gutters, rain overflowed the gutters around the house, causing all sorts of problems - even exacerbating the threat of basement flooding via our basement walkout. Over the past few weeks, it has rained nearly every day, so we have had ample opportunity to test the effectiveness of the Gutter Dome gutters, and they in fact work perfectly. Gutter Pro has been among the very finest contractors we have employed (and in the past year we have employed several contractors for various jobs around our house), and I would give the firm the highest recommendation. The price was high, but good value for the quality of the product and the installation.
